The reason why is that we are a father / daughter operation and both of us have our own careers. My father owns his own business and makes enough money doing that, but he also knows a lot about computers and he wants to help his daughter make some money on the side. I am an expert on the software side. Together, we can repair computers for much less than anyone else. Also, we can take the time to repair your PC properly. If it takes 10 hours to repair, no extra labor charges are involved. Your PC will never cost more than $100 to repair. Our philosophy at PC Therapy LLC is that we don’t believe in simply running antivirus programs to clean up your computer. We’ll run antivirus programs if you’d like, but I’ve run 5 antivirus programs on 10 different computers over the last year and every computer still ran slower than it should have. The best way to get your PC back to its original, out-of-the-box state is to restore the system to its original, factory-installed state. We will take the time to do that (usually 7 to 8 hours), and we’ll do it all for less than $100 – sometimes much less!
